Majorca part 1

Hello everyone there in the rain and snow,
today finally our first report from Majorca. For many people the word "Majorca" means "Ballermann"...nope, of course not for us!!! We are here for training, to make a lot of kilometers.
Some of us will be here for 2 or 3 weeks, because of school or university, but I will stay here together with Claudia Hecht for 4 weeks...ohoho, I think there will be "the man with the hammer" a couple times.
Claudi will write than the next reports...I can say only: fun pur!!!
But I will start at the begin: last Friday we had to jump out of our beds pretty early, cause at 6.20 a.m. our flight started from Berlin. Resa (Theresa) and Claudi spent the night with me... In our team house in Fichtenwalde near Potsdam (it´s like a villa ; -). At 4 a.m. our alarm went and 4.30 a.m. we had to drive to the airport in Berlin in snow-conditions. Everything was ok, we were already sitting in the airplane, but nothing happened, based on the temperatures and the snow, everything had to be de-iced first of all and so everything was delayed. The time was running and running and after a while I was falling in sleep.
After 2-hour delay we arrived in Palma, and it was raining, but that was no problem in the first moment, cause we had to unpack our bikes and bagage. And so there was enough time, that the rain could stop. And at lunchtime the sun came out, and so we were able to get our legs a bit loose and made a little lap.
At the next morning I thought I was back in Holland....it was really stormy outside, only the sun said to me "you are still in Majorca ;-)". It was not easy to hold the bike straight and also not easy for our legs....but thats good for our power. And at the next day all was quiet again and we had blue skies...good for a big ride.
The most of us needed a restday to get recovered from the high speed, that our teamboss produced. Tina Liebig (who came a day later to us), and I did another ride....but in a "cozy" speed ; -). Back from the training, a photographer of the local newspaper waited for us already...it means to get quick out of the sweaty pants and back into new ones.
I spent my restday with a lot of sleeping, so I can go again with full power ahead.
